Since everything is but an apparition, having nothing to do with good or bad, acceptance or rejection, one may well burst out in laughter.

James's comment: Laughter is so, SO important. Especially to our health. I think that too many Buddhists take themselves and "Buddhism" too seriously. Look around, be mindful and laugh from time to time.
In fact, laugh a lot.

Thanks for visiting my blog. Hotboy
Sometimes one can hear the laughter of the enlightened as if a great sword smashing through illusion.
Johnny:
I really like your image of a giant sword smashing through illusion. Laugh it up. :)
Laughter is a handy thing sometimes. It can help one to take things a little less seriously and help to change the perspective of situations in a good way.
Laughing is the best medicine in any situation!
not only does it lighten up your day, but also the people around you. Laughter is catching!
:)
James while we are on the subject of laughter.............
A mafia mobster named Frankie is driving his partner in crime Joey through the remote New York countryside. After driving into the foothills for about an hour Frankie pulls the car over to the side of the road, and tells Joey there is something in the woods they have to go see. After walking a short while it begins to become dark outside and Joey says," Hey Frankie
It's cold and dark and very spooky in these woods , I gotta be honest I'm a little scared!
Then Frankie turns and says "You think your scared Joey? I have to walk back to the car all alone? :0
Alwaysdare:
Yep, the old saying is true, "laughter IS the best medicine!!"
Nerdine:
Very true!!
Johnny:
HAHA!!! Thanks for the laugh!!!
Thanks! Laughter is indeed important.
Hope all is well, take care.
Wonderful reminder James!
Laughter is the cleansing of the soul. It is hard to feel disconnected when you are in the middle of a good hard belly laugh.
Belly:
No worries :)
Isaiah:
You're welcome :)
Dave:
So very true.
Raising children helps with the laughter.
